I just found out that I got 94% on my first piano exam. I don't know how amazing that is, but I'm happy I did my best. I have learnt from my mistakes, and am ready to practice for next years exam!

Meet my hero, Spock.
Mr. Spock is a very unique individual. If you have not noticed, his ears and eye brows are pointed upwards, more so than a humans. It is said this is because a Vulcan is more "developed" than a human- hence the pointed ears.
At a young age, Vulcan's learn to purge all emotions. I don't believe this is possible, considering I have seen Spock happy, angry, and sad. No matter what the Vulcan way has taught him, Spock never turned out to be as "emotionless" and as cynical as most people see him. Spock has seen a countless number of no win scenarios, but the "no win" became "impossible to beat him." He has taught me that giving up, is never the answer, and that doing your best will always be recognized. Because of him, I gained strength to overcome some pretty rough times, so thank you so much. I couldn't have asked for a better role model than Mr. Spock.
I think this painting is beautiful. The Beatles were not just people. John Lennon, Ringo Starr, Paul McCartney, and George Harrison were an inspiration to millions of people. They brought colour to the world, they fought for peace, they fought for love, and I believe they did more than alot of people could. That is what I think is being depicted in this painting of them. They are out of the ordinary, and can't be copied. I just hope people see, what The Beatles were trying to get people to see. ☮

"Every atom in your body came from a star that exploded. And, the atoms in your left hand probably came from a different star than your right hand. It really is the most poetic thing I know about physics: You are all stardust. You couldn't be here if stars hadn’t exploded, because the elements - the carbon, nitrogen, oxygen, iron, all the things that matter for evolution and for life - weren’t created at the beginning of time. They were created in the nuclear furnaces of stars, and the only way for them to get into your body is if those stars were kind enough to explode."
- Lawrence Krauss
When I hear the sound of a bow hitting the strings on a violin, my heart drowns out my ears to listen. I picture a person, sitting, with their eyes shut, concentrating on nothing else, but their instrument. A soul comes out of you, when you play music, and it's not only you that can feel it. The people around you listening, their hearts, can feel it too. That's what makes me love music. I want to be in an orchestra, so that people can feel what I feel when I play my instrument. It's the thing I care about the most. When I hear someone playing, someone who cares, with all their heart for what their playing, it gives me a feeling I can't even explain. It's made me cry before. That's how much music means to me, and I'll surely never ever give up. I'll do whatever it takes.
